The difference between cow and goats milk

Despite the numerous health benefits that cows' milk and cows' milk products can offer, increased awareness in today's society of intolerant and allergic symptoms resulting from cows' milk has led to more and more of us seeking alternatives.

Goats' milk is nutritionally closest to cows' milk than other milk alternatives and yet many people who perceive that they can't drink cows' milk can drink goats' milk without any problems, and even go so far as to say that their cows' milk intolerance symptoms (such as eczema; asthma; bloatedness; constipation; digestive discomfort and catarrh) are reduced or go away altogether.
