Celebrating 30 years!
It really has been thirty years since we started goat farming on a smallholding in East Yorkshire, next to the church of St Helen’s, from where we took our name. In those early days, with a few hundred goats, we started making yogurt before eventually supplying fresh goats’ milk to supermarkets all over the country. Today, our range has grown to include cheese, butter, cream and ice cream and retailers now stock a much wider selection of goats’ milk products.
We moved to our present home, in the Vale of York, some twenty years ago and it meant we had the room to expand our herd and grow feed for the goats and become the modern farm and dairy that we are today. Right from the start we have always put animal welfare and product quality as our top priority which has enabled us to make delicious goats’ milk products that many people now enjoy.
We thank our hard working and loyal staff for making this happen but are very grateful to all of our customers, past and present, who have supported us in our efforts over the years.
