Hi there, my name is Connel and I’m 12. I’ve been drinking your milk since I was little because my mum thinks it’s better for me, and easier to digest. I am now a black belt, and drink lots of milk to keep my bones strong for my Tang Soo Do. Thank you, Connel Rollo- Jamieson

| I have your skimmed goats milk in my tea, coffee, on my cereal, and on its own. I cook with the cheese and butter, and have the yogurt as a snack - I'm a true convert and im so much healthier as a result. Thanks for the recipe ideas too! |

My daughter Esther started having your milk when she was 1yr old after having loads of problems with ear infections and our ENT consultant advised us to try taking her off anything containing cows milk. Within 48hrs she was so much better and having had burst ear drums every 3 to 4 weeks for the last 6 months she stopped having them completely! She loves having goats milk, butter and cheese and, even though she can now have bits of cows milk, she still prefers your milk and we all love cakes baked with your butter. Thanks! Helen

Hello, my name is “Archie”,
I thought you may like to see a picture of me – because my Mam says that I have good strong bones and teeth because I was weaned on St Helens Goats Milk and still have it now I’m a big boy! and I love your yoghurt for my supper!
You see, I’m not allowed cow’s milk, I’m intolerant (whatever that means?)
So I thought a picture would make you smile
Love
Archie X

Allow me to introduce myself as I am Bailey Cobbold a four month Beautiful German Shepherd Dog who absolutely love my goats milk so much so that I actually camp outside my fridge door. I also love my natural yogurt as this also helps to develop and strenghten my bones. Thank you for giving me a delicious start to my day. Love Bailey Cobbold

We do not use soya lecithin in any of our products.
As for ice cream, it’s not something we produce at this moment in time. However, you might want to have a go at making your own. Do have a look at the recipes on our website:

| I am so pleased I found your milk (in a local Tesco supermarket) - quite by mistake, when I was browsing the different milks in the milk section one day. I liked the look of your logo (the cute goat's head chewing on grass and smiling) so I bought a carton (yep, just because of that reason!) and loved it ! I used to just drink cow milk but now there is no going back for me...cow milk never ever again. I like cow milk, but after trying goat milk (St Helens, of course) I am well and truely converted to drinking ONLY goat milk. The taste is great, I drink it every night before bed in a large glass, I take it in my coffee and also in my breakfast cereal. It is so light, fresh, and tastey. I buy the Whole goat milk - but I always have to make sure I get to Tesco at the right time as often I have gone in and all the St Helen's Whole goat milk has been sold!!! Must be popular! Many thanks to St Helen's goat milk...hope you are always around! |

We used to eat soya ice cream but I have now developed a soya allergy....and I miss ice cream. Its difficult to find food without soya in it. |
