Instructions
- Allow the butter to come up to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
- Cream the butter and sugar, until smooth. Add the orange zest.
- Sieve in the flour and gently bring the mixture together.
- Turn the mixture onto a lightly dusted work surface and roll the dough until 1cm thick. Cut into rounds or fingers if you prefer and place on a lined baking tray.
- Dust with caster sugar and place in the fridge for 20minutes.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack.
