NEW Strawberry and Banana Smoothie

This quick and easy smoothie is incredibly delicious and packed with vitamins and essential nutrients to keep you feeling energised all morning!

Energy Boost – A high level of vitamin C, manganese, folate, and phosphorus help the body produce and release energy.

High in vitamin C – Vitamin C helps support the immune and nervous system, helps maintain healthy skin, bones, teeth, helps increase iron absorption and reduce tiredness and fatigue.

A good source of calcium and phosphorus - Present in goats’ milk, these minerals are key to maintain strong bones and teeth.

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup St Helen’s Farm Semi-Skimmed Goats Milk
  • 1 Banana
  • 130g Strawberries
  • 50g Raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon Honey (optional)
  • Pinch Vanilla Powder
  • Pinch Cinnamon
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Method:

Peel the banana, wash the strawberries and raspberries.

Remove the strawberry leaves.

Mix all ingredients in a blender.

Add more milk if necessary.
