
Banana Porridge
An easy way to help reduce your blood pressure with this heart-healthy porridge!

Ingredients:
180ml Semi skimmed goats’ milk
27g Porridge oats
80g Banana (small), sliced
1 tsp Honey (to taste)
3 Pecan nuts, crushed
8g Dried cranberries
1 tsp Sunflower seeds
Serves 1
Method:

Mix goats’ milk and porridge oats together in a pan, gently heat for around 3-5 minutes, stirring continuously, until a thick and cream texture develops

Add half the banana and the honey, mix and warm through
-
Serve with remainder of the banana, nuts, seeds and cranberries sprinkled over the top
