Bircher Muesli

Over-night oats with energy-releasing minerals! Perfect for breakfast on the go or in a hurry.

  • Rich in Manganese – Helps the body produce energy

  • 450g St Helen's Farm Natural Yogurt
  • 200g porridge Oats
  • Rind and juice of 1 orange
  • 1 green apple (grated)
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Optional - nuts, seeds, dried fruit

Preparation time

10 minutes


Mix all ingredients together well, cover and chill for at least 6 hours.

Serve topped with your favourite fruit and nut mix.

Serves 6

(Will keep for up to 3 days if left covered in fridge, or freeze portions for another time)
