Chocolate Chia Pudding

2/3 cup (170ml) St Helen’s Farm Semi-Skimmed Goats Milk

1 tbsp Cacao Powder

2 tbsp Maple Syrup

2 heaped tbsp Chia Seeds


Heat 3 tablespoons of the milk in the microwave for 10 seconds or in a small pan over low-medium heat.  Pour into a bowl and mix in the cacao powder to make a smooth paste.

Add the rest of the milk and the maple syrup, mix well.  Add chia seeds and stir for 1 min. Set aside for 5 min.

Stir the mixture again before pouring into serving dishes. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 8 hours or overnight. Serve sprinkled with cacao nibs, raspberries and blueberries.
