200ml St Helen’s Farm Whole Goats’ Milk

For the gingerbread syrup:

100ml water

60g brown sugar

40g molasses

1 tsp ground ginger

½ tsp ground cinnamon

To prepare the gingerbread syrup, heat up the water in a small saucepan together with the brown sugar, molasses, ginger, and cinnamon.

Bring the mix to a light boil, then lower the heat, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring every so often.

Remove from the heat and let it cool. The syrup will then thicken.

You will need 3 tbsp of syrup per serving and you can store the rest of the syrup in the fridge.

For each cup, heat 200ml of milk and stir in 3 tbsp of the syrup.
